🚀 Getting Started

From invite to a working Bozos server

A clean setup takes only a few minutes: invite the bot, open the dashboard, choose the server, review the systems you want, and test them before relying on automation.

1. Invite Bozos Forever

Use the official Add To Server button on this website. Select the Discord server you want to configure and complete Discord's authorization screen.

Bozos Forever is designed to be installed with Administrator permission. Discord role hierarchy still matters: the Bozos role must sit above any ordinary member role that you expect it to moderate.

2. Open the dashboard

Choose Dashboard and sign in with Discord. The dashboard shows servers where your account is the owner, has Administrator, or has Manage Server permission. If Bozos is missing from a server you select, the dashboard can route you through the bot invite first.

3. Configure systems independently

Settings are separate for every Discord server. You can enable music in one community and disable it in another without affecting either server.

Moderation

Manual moderation commands, moderation cases, AutoMod and configurable logging.

Music

Playback, radio, autoplay, starting volume and optional queue limits.

Community

Birthdays, AFK, Scheduler and voice-channel streaks/leaderboard.

4. Configure Bozos Audit

Bozos Audit is a dedicated event-logging system with separate destinations for moderation actions, member events, message events, voice events and server changes such as channel or role updates.

5. Test before going live

  • Run /help and confirm the bot responds.
  • Test a harmless moderation action with trusted staff.
  • Play a test song in a private voice channel.
  • Save and view a birthday with the normal birthday commands after the birthday channel and role are configured.
  • Create a short scheduled message and confirm its target/time.
