1. Subscription cancellations
Bozos paid plans are recurring digital subscriptions unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not normally remove access that has already been paid for; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout provider or applicable law requires a different result.
2. Subscription refunds
Because paid Bozos plans provide digital access immediately, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the paid entitlement has been made available. A refund is not normally available merely because the service was not used, was used less than expected, the buyer changed their mind, forgot to cancel before renewal, no longer needs the service, or experienced an issue caused by their own Discord configuration, permissions, deleted channels, role hierarchy, network, device, or another third-party service.
A refund may be considered for a verified duplicate or incorrect charge, or for a persistent material defect in the core paid functionality that remains unresolved after Bozos has been given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remedy it. Temporary outages, intermittent degradation, scheduled maintenance, Discord/API outages, webhook or permission failures outside Bozos' control, or the unavailability of a non-core feature do not by themselves create a right to a refund.
Refund requests may require reasonable evidence such as transaction details, timestamps, error information, screenshots, logs, or other information needed to verify the claim. Requests that cannot be reasonably verified may be declined, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other statutory rights that apply in your country or region. Paddle may also apply its own refund rules and discretion as Merchant of Record.
3. Custom bot development
Custom bot work is a bespoke digital service. Once the project scope has been confirmed and payment has been accepted, the payment is generally non-refundable because development time, scheduling capacity, planning, research, setup, and other resources may be reserved immediately even if visible coding has not yet started.
A refund is not automatically available because the buyer changes their mind, changes servers, changes requirements, abandons the project, delays providing required information, or decides not to use the completed work. Requests to change the agreed scope may require a revised quote rather than a refund.
If Bozos cancels the project before delivering the agreed work, or is unable to provide the agreed custom service after a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, an appropriate full or partial refund may be provided. Any approved amount may take into account completed work, delivered files or features, reserved development work, and non-refundable third-party costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
4. How to request a refund
Contact Bozos through the official support server or the contact methods published on this website and include enough information to identify the purchase, such as the billing email and relevant order or transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers, banking passwords, card PINs, or other payment credentials.
5. Paddle transactions
Where checkout is provided by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction and processes the payment, applicable taxes, and approved refunds through its systems. A refund can therefore appear on the original payment method according to Paddle and the payment network's processing times.
6. Abuse, misuse and disputes
A suspension or restriction caused by abuse, attempts to bypass service limits, unlawful activity, deceptive refund claims, manipulative behavior, or a material breach of the Bozos Terms of Service does not create a right to a refund except where required by law. Bozos may provide Paddle with relevant records needed to review a refund or payment dispute.
7. Policy updates
This policy may be updated as Bozos products, payment providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current revision.
