📄 Terms of Service

Terms for using Bozos services

Last updated: 9 October 2026. These terms apply to the Bozos website/dashboard, Bozos Forever, Bozos TTS, Bozos Unanswered, Bozos Relay, Bozos RoleSync and Bozos TTS Gaming Overlay.

1. Acceptance

By using a Bozos service, you agree to these terms and to follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other applicable Discord rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Age requirement

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord for your country or region.

3. What Bozos provides

Bozos Forever provides moderation, AutoMod, Bozos Audit, music, birthdays, AFK, scheduled messages, voice-channel streaks and a web dashboard. Bozos TTS provides multilingual voice-channel text-to-speech with voice-channel and personal language/voice settings, private voice previews, Auto-Join, optional Spatial Speakers, multi-VC support, announcements and playback controls. The Bozos TTS Gaming Overlay is a Windows companion app that connects supported desktop overlay features to the Bozos TTS service.

Bozos Unanswered provides support-channel response monitoring, live unanswered queues, alert and reminder workflows, staff claim/answer/ignore controls, optional escalations and business-hours handling. Bozos Relay provides administrator-configured message bridging between eligible Discord channels and servers, with optional synchronization of attachments, embeds, reply context, edits, deletes and public threads. Bozos RoleSync connects mapped Discord roles across two servers with one-way or two-way changes and optional removals.

4. Free plans, paid plans and donations

Some Bozos features are free while some products can offer optional paid plans or digital services. Bozos Unanswered can offer Free and Premium functionality. Bozos Relay can offer Free, Starter, Plus and Premium plan states with different active-Relay and synchronization-history limits. Bozos RoleSync offers three active connections on Free and unlimited connections on Premium, subject to fair use. The plan and limits shown in the product dashboard or checkout at the time of use control the applicable entitlement.

Downgrading a plan may make configuration inactive without immediately deleting the saved configuration. Relay can keep extra routes saved after downgrade, and RoleSync keeps its oldest three enabled connections active while other saved connections are paused.

Donations are optional and are separate from a product subscription unless a checkout explicitly says otherwise. For eligible paid purchases completed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and processes the transaction, applicable taxes and payment-method handling. Paddle's checkout terms and privacy information can also apply to that transaction.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled unless the checkout states otherwise. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally leaves already-paid access available through the end of the current billing period. Paid digital access and bespoke custom-development services are generally non-refundable once supplied or once project capacity or resources have been committed, except as described in the Bozos Refund Policy or where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

5. Server-owner and administrator responsibility

Server owners/administrators are responsible for deciding which Bozos systems to enable, assigning appropriate Discord permissions, reviewing role hierarchy, choosing monitored or connected channels, configuring logs/moderation, and publishing their own server rules.

For RoleSync, administrators are responsible for having authorization over both participating servers, reviewing the access granted by mapped roles and choosing appropriate removal settings. When connecting multiple servers with Bozos Relay, administrators are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to bridge those channels and that members understand that eligible messages can become visible to the audiences of the connected destination channels.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Bozos in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or policies, or for unlawful activity, scams, malicious automation, harassment, attempts to compromise the service, rate-limit abuse, unauthorized access, deceptive impersonation, or attempts to bypass product limits or safety controls.

7. Moderation, AutoMod and Bozos Audit

Moderation commands, AutoMod rules and Bozos Audit are tools for server staff. Automated systems can make mistakes; administrators should configure them carefully and use human judgment for important decisions.

8. Music availability

Music availability can depend on Discord voice connectivity, the selected media and external music services; individual content is not guaranteed to remain available permanently or in every region.

9. Bozos TTS and Gaming Overlay

Users are responsible for how TTS and Overlay features are used. Do not use them to evade Discord rules, harass others, impersonate others deceptively, interfere with the service or violate applicable rights or platform policies. Availability of a specific neural voice, voice connection, worker instance, preview or Overlay feature can depend on Discord, connected services, permissions and the user's device environment.

10. Bozos Unanswered

Bozos Unanswered is an assistance tool for support workflows, not a guarantee that every message will be detected, answered or escalated at an exact time. Discord outages, missing permissions, deleted channels, plan limits, configuration choices, network delays or service interruptions can affect alerts. Server administrators remain responsible for their support commitments and for choosing appropriate monitored channels, alert roles, timing and escalation settings.

Do not configure Unanswered to monitor channels you are not authorized to administer. Free-tier usage controls and paid entitlements may be enforced by server-side counters and saved configuration, including after the bot is removed and later re-added.

11. Bozos Relay

Relay reproduces eligible member messages in configured destinations through managed Discord webhooks. A mirrored message can display the source member's name and avatar for conversational context, but it remains a Relay-generated webhook message and must not be used to misrepresent an endorsement, identity or authorization.

Administrators must not use Relay to expose private, confidential or restricted content to an audience that is not authorized to receive it. Private Discord threads are not supported for relaying. Current safety controls also prevent Relay-owned webhook loops and suppress destination mention parsing, but administrators remain responsible for how connected channels are used.

Relay synchronization history is bounded by the current plan. After the applicable mapping window expires, later edits or deletes to an older source message may no longer be mirrored to its older destination copies. Discord permissions, webhook availability, deleted channels, destination rate limits or service interruptions can also affect synchronization.

12. Bozos RoleSync

RoleSync acts on eligible role and membership events according to the connection direction and options chosen by server administrators. The bot requires Manage Roles and a suitable role hierarchy, and members must already belong to the target Discord server. Administrators should not link roles that grant inappropriate access, or use syncing to bypass Discord or server restrictions.

Enabling role-removal synchronization or removal when members leave a source server may remove corresponding roles elsewhere. Connection changes do not retroactively backfill all existing members; disconnecting a link leaves roles already granted. Discord outages, missing permissions and plan limits may delay or prevent role updates. Free users have three active connections, with extra saved Premium configuration paused after downgrade rather than deleted.

13. Accounts and dashboard access

You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and authenticated sessions. Never share passwords, bot tokens, authentication tokens or session cookies. Dashboard access is based on Discord authorization and relevant server permissions; attempting to access or alter another server's configuration without authorization is prohibited.

14. Service availability and changes

Bozos is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, Discord changes, external-service changes, network issues, permission changes or updates can temporarily interrupt features. Features, limits and plan structures may evolve as the project changes; material changes will be reflected in the service or published terms where appropriate.

15. Suspension and abuse

Bozos may suspend, restrict or block a user/server when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect the project or other users, enforce service limits, comply with Discord rules, or respond to attempts to compromise the service.

16. Intellectual property

Original Bozos branding, website content and project materials remain with their respective owners/licensors. Third-party names/trademarks belong to their respective owners.

17. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bozos is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Server administrators remain responsible for configuration, moderation, support and cross-server sharing decisions.

18. Privacy

Use of Bozos is also subject to the Privacy Policy published on this website.

19. Legal contact and updates

Legal questions can be sent to pbsharma428@gmail.com or oceansofgamesspc@gmail.com. These terms may be updated as the project changes. The date at the top identifies the current revision.
